- Q: Does this camera support Google Home?

  I am sorry to tell you that this camera does not support Google Home, but we have another camera AKASO P30 which supports Amazon Echo Show and Echo Spot, Google Home with Chromecast device and Google Home Hub.
- Q: Can I download the App to my laptop and access the camera from the laptop?

  Yes, you can download "Akaso iEyes" App on your laptop and access the camera from the laptop.
- Q: Is there a charge for iCloud? Is it necessary to buy an SD card?

  There’s one-month free trial for 7/24 video recording in iCloud. If you use iCloud, then you don’t need an SD card. But you need to buy an SD card if you don't use iCloud.
- Q: Saving video clips to iPhone XR will lead to white video and audio only. But it didn't happen on my iPhone X.

  Yes, this surveillance camera can be used outside. It comes with wall-mount plate and mounting screws that you can install the camera outside. Please notice that the camera is not waterproof, so please install this camera under eaves to avoid rain.

- Q: Does it have the FTP function or can it store detected motion to my own personal cloud ?

  This camera does not have FTP function. The detected motion can be stored on your personal Puwell cloud once you purchase the Puwell cloud.
