V50X Footage audio sound like Alvin the chipmunk in Premier pro
Dear everyone,
I have recently purchase V50X and shot some test footage with it, but when I imported them into premier pro CC, the footages' audio all sound like Alvin the chipmunk. The audio was running in 200% speed.
Slowing down the audio to 50% make the audio out of sync.
I have tried every single resolutions, they all have the same issue.
The footages played fine on VLC player. I'm not sure what is the cause, please let me know if you have a solution for that, thank you.
I'm on a Windows 11 Home system.

Have the same problem. H.265 clips play fine, but the audio sounds like a chipmunk when imported into Premiere, Window Movie, etc... Firmware: V50X-FX-2G-20220425-V4.1
Audio problem occurs with both H.264 and H.265. Thank you.

Hi Tom, may I get an example video to check more details? Please contact us at cs@akasotech.com.

Try switching the video codec from H.264 to 265 or the other way around. Additionally, since Windows is what you're using, you could not have the right codecs. Visit free-codecs.com and get the K-Lite Mega Codec set there. It might be useful to you. basketball stars

Try changing the video codec from H.264 to 265 or vice versa. Also, since you're on Windows, you might not have the correct codecs. Go to free-codecs.com and download the K-Lite Mega Codec pack. That might help you.

Thanks for your fnaf games reply here.
YEP... same here.. trying to edit a video in Premiere Pro. Does anyone have this issue using an external microphone?

It seems that in go pro they put some expensive hardware but they don't work with software at all cubes 2048, whereas Akaso tried to get the maximum possible from a cheaper sensor and that looks unimpressive. The price of go pro is totally unreasonable after I finished reading this article.
