Which countries does AKASO ship to?
We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States and Viet Nam as long as there’s stock in these countries.
Why is the coupon code unavailable?
When the coupon is either invalid, expired or reached its usage limit, it'll be unavailable. And coupons are not compatible with discounted products.

We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday except on holidays). If you have any questions about your order, please contact our friendly Customer Service and we'll be glad to help.
Please choose Free shipping (if applicable) or Standard shipping whenever possible for the least environmental impact.

Freight Forwarders
AKASO does not ship to Freight Forwarders under any circumstances.
For all orders placed on our US website shipping to the international locations above, your order will be shipped using UPS International from: AKASO 8550 White Fir St. Reno, NV, 89523 United States. The shipping cost varies with each shipping destination and shipping method. Duties, taxes or other fees are the responsibilities of the recipient, these fees will be due at the time of delivery. This shipping method typically takes up to a week. For shipping to APOs and FPOs, please use the regular US website. If you would like to ship to other countries not listed above or express shipping, please call customer service 1-301-670-7335, for specific country shipping charges.

*** Next-Day Delivery is available only in the continental US. Next-Day Delivery to Alaska and Hawai'i may take an additional 1-2 days.

AKASO Returns & Replacements
*This policy only applies to the orders placed on our official website www.akasotech.com.

Warranty Period
AKASO digital products are covered by a 1-year warranty. The warranty for products ordered on www.akasotech.com will automatically be extended to a 2-year warranty.
Returns
We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from AKASO’s webstore at www.akasotech.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under the *AKASO Refund Policy below. Also, associated shipping fees, duties, taxes, and carrier surcharges (“Landed Costs”) are not refundable.

AKASO Refund Policy: To qualify for a refund, return your product in the ORIGINAL box, including the device, charger, battery, instructions, gifts, and other components. All merchandise must be in like new condition. Shipping charges may apply. 
Replacements
AKASO will replace your product or part if it has a manufacturing defect that is covered by the *AKASO Warranty below: 
1. BEFORE sending anything to AKASO, please contact our Customer Service Team by clicking here.
2. If our Customer Service Team determines that your product qualifies for warranty coverage, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Prepare product for, return to AKASO.
4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to the appropriate address.

AKASO Warranty: You are eligible to exchange a product if one of the following situations has occurred:
1. The product is damaged during shipping, and you have proof of the damage from the carrier or transporter.
2. The product is significantly different from its description in one or more aspects.
3. The product is defective and the defects are not caused by misuse, improper handling, or force majeure.
Costs for Replacements
1. Within 30 calendar days of the date that you receive the product: Free replacement with free shipping.
2. Within 31-90 calendar days of the date that you received the product: Free replacement. The customer should expect to pay 15 USD for shipping.
3. Above 91 calendar days of the date you received the product: We charge a handling/repair fee that varies according to the product.
Shipping Costs for Accessories
If accessories are damaged 2 years after the date you receive them, we will offer new accessories for free. The customer should expect to pay 5 USD for shipping.
